In 2006, I walked into a Nissan dealership as a young, ambitious salesperson eager to learn the business. I had no idea that moment would mark the beginning of a lifelong career, one that would shape my future and define my passion for the automotive industry.
From the very start, I discovered a deep passion for the automotive industry. Within two years, I advanced through several key positions: BDC Manager, F&I Manager, and beyond, each one giving me a deeper understanding of what drives dealership success. I immersed myself in every department, mastering the balance between customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
In 2009, I relocated to Columbia, Missouri, to take on a Sales Manager role at another Nissan dealership. Over the next seven years, I served as Sales Manager, F&I Manager, General Sales Manager, and ultimately Acting General Manager. These experiences allowed me to refine my leadership approach, strengthen team performance, and oversee every element of dealership operations, from managing manufacturer relationships to driving profitability.
By 2017, I earned the opportunity to become Executive Manager overseeing 10 rooftops. This role was transformative. Managing multiple stores and high-level teams taught me how to scale success across diverse markets and brands while maintaining culture, accountability, and consistent performance at every level.
Afterward, I stepped into the role of Operations Manager at a Ford dealership, where I spent four years revitalizing operations. One of my proudest accomplishments was restructuring the F&I department, which resulted in a significant increase in profitability and operational efficiency.
Next, as CFO of a multi-store automotive group, I oversaw strategic financial planning, multi-location operations, and long-term growth initiatives. This role has rounded off my career, giving me a complete perspective on every aspect of the business and the ability to help dealers at all levels succeed. I've developed a comprehensive understanding of dealership economics, leadership development, and sustainable profitability.
Through every chapter, I've built a 360-degree understanding of dealership operations: sales, finance, service, leadership, and strategy. Now, I'm ready to take the next step, continuing to elevate the industry through innovation, leadership, and results-driven performance.
I am excited to launch Von London Partners, a consulting company built to empower dealerships to perform at their highest potential. My mission is to help as many dealers as I can, sharing the knowledge, structure, and strategies I've developed over the years to drive measurable results and long-term success.
